With 20+ years of experience post my master’s degree, my career has revolved around helping individuals. Commencing as a public high school health teacher, I later transitioned into a licensed counselor with a focus on mental health and substance abuse.
For the past 15 years, I've held a CASAC-Masters license in N.Y., actively contributing to Stony Brook Hospital and a private outpatient facility. I'm also privileged to serve as an adjunct lecturer at CHI Professional Development, Inc., where I conduct live Zoom classes, catering to professionals seeking continuing education credits.
Incorporating my passion for helping people, I'm thrilled to offer professional coaching. I aspire to support those navigating separation/divorce or individuals striving for enhanced sobriety.
